Custom Base from Orbital Rays workshop

As i mentioned in a post a few weeks back i was i had commissioned a fella on facebook to build me a base for the G Systems 1/48 Nu Gundam i have.  Its the same guy Master Matt Mrozek used to make his base for his massive 1/60 Neograde Sazabi kit.  I really loved the way Matt's turned out so i decided to give the guy a message and see if he was up to building another one.  So finally we have a look of how its going to turn out.

G Systems 1/72 Kshatriya Candy Green by Bang doll

Not long back we had member join us by the name of Bang doll.  This guy is a very talented model builder by far!  Not only does he participate in building giant robots, but also in the scale model community as well.  And let me tell you his work most definitely speaks for itself my friends.  I remember speaking to him a bit here and there on the Mecha Lounge forum about what he was working, and he had mentioned the Kshatriya resin kit from G Systems.  I was immediately interested when he mentioned that kit! I mean what a monster kit to take on. And after seeing his previous work i knew it was going to be something special for sure.Months had past since the mention of this kit, and to be honest we haven't seen Bang doll around for a little while, now you can see why!!  I remember asking to see a WIP on this kit but he could not show us due to the fact he was entering this one into an E2046 resin kit contest! Which he took 2nd in the robot category.  Not a bad finish at all Master Bang doll! I salute your hard work and perseverance on this kit, what a monster at that!  Not to mention the various shades of clear greens you have  accomplished.  Along with all the work it takes to get that look on a kit.  That must have been a ton of paint to cover this kit. 

Yep the best Sinanju Stein EVER!!

So my buddy Seth Tuna just got done doing this masterpiece mg Sinanju Stein! Pictures explain it all........nuff said!  I mean look at the custom work done to the shield and the beam rifle alone!  It must have been a nightmare to wire in the LED for the rifle and shield.  But a big salute to you Seth for doing so. This is by far my favorite build you have done sir!  Gorgeous colors blend together with the purple LED and red LED!  And a silky paint job to go with it, what's not to love?  I dont know how you find the time to keep on busting out the work you do sir! But keep it coming...............

New Base incoming!

Recently watched a video on youtube from a friend Matt Mrozek. He was showing a custom base he had made from Orbital Ray's workshop on facebook....needless to say it looked amazing. so i said what the heck..lets commissioned this guy too!

But base prices are around 60 bucks.
